So, what\u2019s brewing between AI and Coaching?<\/p>\n

A few years ago, coaching was an elite privilege, reserved for CXOs, with bills that looked like your annual bonus (pre-tax).<\/p>\n

But 2025 has flipped the script. AI-powered coaches like Nadia (WPP\u2019s favourite), Aimy (HubSpot\u2019s companion), and BetterUp\u2019s Grow are making coaching accessible, scalable, and yes, surprisingly human.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s pause here. I know what you\u2019re thinking:<\/p>\n

\u201cAI can\u2019t coach me. Coaching is about emotions, empathy, and a human touch.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

And you\u2019re right, mostly. AI isn\u2019t here to replace your coach with a chatbot that says \u201cSounds tough, buddy\u201d after every sentence. Instead, it\u2019s here to augment the experience. Think of AI as the Siri of self-improvement, minus the sass (for now).<\/p>\n
