Vitrag secured a 30 Cr Term sheet from a Global Venture Capital firm for my company Franklin EV. But when he realized that the Term sheet had certain one-sided and unfair terms around Liquidation preference, Exit criteria's, Restrictive rights on secondary sale and some terms demanding excessive control.
