Soumitra Rathod

I was the Project Executive and managed NYL ADM relationship for 7 years. I worked with Soum when he joined NYL in 2008. Soums offshore engagement approach is very structured and effective. He managed his team effectively during the whole ADM management process from NYL end. His offshore management style had benefited both NYL and IBM. I look forward to partnering with Soum again.

I have known Soum for many years and had the pleasure of working with him for more than 5 years. His personal support and vendor management skills were instrumental in letting me establish a world class Test Center of Excellence at McGraw Hill Companies. Soum had established a very efficient process to provide feedback to offshore vendors management teams to resolve challenges and issues effectively and quickly. He is very process oriented and always maintained good communication channels between the global and home teams. Soum was my go to person for any challenges and he was always ready to help.I would with pleasure very strongly recommend Soum to lead any large Global IT management and IT transformation initiative.Girish Jain
