Women's health is something I care a lot about. From working on fitness to working on a women's general health, among all age groups!

I've worked with women who have problems associated with pregnancy or delivery, bladder, bowel, or pelvic floor disorders.

I also work with geriatric population and provide assistance with daily life activities.

By giving everyone the means to cope with their challenges, I hope to enhance the quality of their lives.
