Prasanth Nair

It would be difficult to put down the experience of working with and under someone like Dr. Prasanth Nair, primarily because there are so many aspects of him from which you take some learning or the other. He is one of the rare of HR professionals I have come across, whose approach is completely number driven instead of non-quantifiable deliverables. This is very critical for all HRs in any organization as we need to move on from transactional activities to tangible activities. He is fiercely task oriented and has an eye for every minute detail in whatever assignment he manages.Working under him keeps you on the edge almost all the times, but what you take back at the end is a lot of learning and that is what stays with you for years to come. Thank you Sir for being a great teacher.

Dr. Prasanth Nair is a wonderful senior to work with - an eye for detail, excellent in numbers, understands the obstacles in way of progression, discusses it with team members - takes a calculative call & leads by example. He can be best described as ' Success is collective, failure is singular'...he take the onus on himself for the failure & success is because of the team...i wish him all the very best in his assignments & wish to work with him in future....
