We worked together in Tata Realty, establishing a Program Management division for the company. Parag was a crucial team member of this division. Technically sound, with a solution driven mindset , Parag often led a cross functional team of engineers and PMC teams in driving execution of large projects. Together we worked on large global campuses , designed by world class architects and constructed within record time. He spearheaded initiatives across technical specification finalisation, contract framework finalisation, strategy for contract packaging, vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation and construction oversight. A valuable team player, high on integrity and work ethic has been his hallmark, often leaving a lasting impression. Wishing him the very best in professional and personal achievements.

It is my pleasure to write recommendation for Parag. Parag worked with me on various complex commercial projects in my previous organization and I found him resourceful, thorough, supportive and commercially prudent. Parag always shared a solution oriented approach with clear communication. Parag has excellent team management and contractor management skills. You can trust Parag for his advise on contracting strategy, contract formulation and vendor partner recommendation.
