I had worked with Percy for improving my leadership development and people management skills. Within the first few sessions Percy was able to understand my strengths and developmental needs, and worked with me on a clear set of goals to achieve. The best part was that his guidance varied between 50,000 ft level and if the need be, being with you in the trenches sorting things out to the last minute detail.
