I have personally known Cecil for last 7 years as a Senior Advisor to Orra Fine Jewellery and have mentored him at orra. He has been a great leader and team player on multiple initiatives at Orra and was deeply involved along with the promoters for the turnaround to a scale profitable Jewelley business.
