Arvind Sukhija

I've been fortunate enough to be mentored by Arvind sir and the journey is transformational not only it brought change in my work but my thinking as well. What really stands out for me is his genuine intent to see people grow, he invests time and listens patiently. He will not give a ready made feed back but nudges you to think and eventually you will end with much clearer thoughts. I remember his very first lesson about Time management and still trying to follow it everyday, many more practical advice and learnings rooted in real market experience. As a first time manager he helped me a lot with real problems in distribution challenges, market execution, team motivation with long-term thinking. I am grateful for the guidance, trust, and everyday learning. Anyone who gets to work with him will grow not just professionally, but personally.

Arvind is one of the finest sales and marketing professional I have worked with and have come across. His clarity about basic fundamentals is absolutely phenomenal. Over the years he has not only honed his overall skill set as a sales professional but has developed himself into an excellent trainer too! He possesses excellent interpersonal and leadership skills too.
