I am a marketing and consumer behaviour researcher focused on understanding how people make decisions in digital environments, from virtual travel communities to mindful consumption and online identity formation. My work combines netnography, in depth interviews, thematic analysis, and abductive qualitative methods to uncover the motivations and experiences that shape consumer behaviour.
